We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy sets out refund eligibility, the process for requesting refunds, and timing of refunds. Specific course pages may list additional conditions — those will take precedence if explicitly stated.

2. Refund Eligibility

• 30-day satisfaction window: For most self-paced online courses, we offer a 30-day refund period starting from the date of purchase, provided the course has not been completed beyond a reasonable use threshold (see below).
• Live courses & workshops: Refunds for live courses, workshops or cohort-based programs depend on the terms published on the product page and may be partial or non-refundable due to seat limits and contractual commitments.
• Subscription products: Subscription fees are billed according to the chosen billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; refunds for partial periods are granted only where required by law or specified at purchase.
• Promotional or bundled purchases: Promotional offers, deeply discounted products, or bundles may have different refund rules; please check the offer terms.

3. Reasonable Use & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, multiple refund attempts, or if a user has excessively consumed the course content (for example, by downloading all materials and completing major portions of course assessments) in bad faith to obtain a refund. Examples:

• Completing more than 50% of a course and then requesting a full refund (unless special circumstances exist).
• Creating multiple accounts to receive multiple trial periods or refunds.

4. How to Request a Refund

1. Contact support at politicalsarthi@gmail.com with your order number, email used for purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
2. Provide any supporting information (screenshots, screenshots of problems, or evidence of non-delivery where applicable).
3. Our team will review within 7-14 business days and notify you of the decision and next steps.

If approved: Your refund will be credited automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank, it may trigger a chargeback investigation. We will respond with available evidence. If a chargeback is reversed in your favor, we may still seek to recover the funds and may suspend access until the issue is resolved.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy. The updated policy will be posted with an effective date. For material changes, we will notify customers who have active purchases.
